1. How to Fix Your Facebook Email Address
======================================

The little children running Facebook quietly changed users’ email
addresses with no warning whatsoever.

Somebody, get this company a good PR person! And then hire an
adult to supervise the children.

This email switcheroo was one of two boneheaded moves in the last
few days.

Facebook removed everyone’s email addresses from their profiles a
few days ago, replacing them with an @Facebook.com address
instead.

You’re stuck with that one unless you know how to change it back
to your old email address. Click here for the four-step process
on how to do that:

without-permission-heres-how-to-get-it-back

Dumb Move Number 2: Yesterday, Facebook quietly launched a new
feature called Find Friends Nearby, which let users with mobile
phones see a list of other Facebook users that were within a
certain vicinity.

But within hours, Facebook pulled the feature altogether,
claiming that it wasn’t supposed to launch in the first place.
Facebook says this wasn’t a formal release but “just something a
few engineers were testing.”

This publicly traded company is making it increasingly difficult
for advertisers, investors and its more than 800 million active
users to take it seriously.

2. 4 Authors Want Your Questions
=====================================

Four of the world’s best-selling authors who are guest panelists
during a free webinar tonight are asking you to submit questions
about book writing, marketing and promotion.

Thousands of authors will be on the line, so even if the
panelists don’t choose your question, you’ll learn a boatload
about how to sell books that fly off the shelves.

Jack Canfield of the “Chicken Soup” series; Tim Ferriss, author
of the “4-Hour Workweek”; Marci Shimoff, author of “Happy for No
Reason”; and Marilyn Suttle, author of “Who’s Your Gladys,” will
answer questions.

You can sign up for the free call and submit your question at
