PayPal Google Pixel Phone Scam

Similar to the Geek Squad scams this email is intended to get you on the line with an Indian call center where a scammer can fool victims into handing over their money.

Details of this “PayPal Unauthorized Transaction” email scam:

  • Email Subject: Thank you for your order!
  • Email Sender: Jinta Jiketwy <jintajiketwye5131@gmail.com>
  • Sent To: multiple, seemingly random, recipients
  • Received From: mail-qk1-x72e.google.com (mail-qk1-x72e.google.com [IPv6:2607:f8b0:4864:20::72e])

Text of this “PayPal Unauthorized Transaction Notice” Scam:

Dear PayPal Customer we notice unauthorized transaction from your PayPal account

If This Transaction Is Not Made By You Then Kindly Call Us: +1 (9.0.8) 6.1.7 – 8.3.7.7

for Cancellation of this Order Otherwise your  $400.78.USD will be charge today
