Most of the questions dealt with content at my blog.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sharing the link here because it might have information within it that identifies me or my blog. If you&#8217;d like to participate,\u00a0see all the ways you can do that <a href=\"http:\/\/bloggingcommon.org\/participate\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some interesting facts I found at their website:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blogging Common researchers have created a large sample of blogs using a tool called <a href=\"http:\/\/spinn3r.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Spinn3r<\/a>, a web service that indexes RSS feeds around the Web.\u00a0 They\u00a0assess the sample to identify blogs\u00a0that meet the criteria for their study.\u00a0 The owners of these sites are then sent an invitation to participate in the survey.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li>\n<li>58 percent of the 2,000 bloggers they&#8217;re surveying use <a href=\"https:\/\/accounts.google.com\/ServiceLogin?service=blogger&amp;passive=1209600&amp;continue=http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/home&amp;followup=http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/home&amp;ltmpl=start\" target=\"_blank\">Blogger<\/a> to host their blogs.\u00a0\u00a0I&#8217;m surprised. <a href=\"http:\/\/wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">WordPress<\/a>, which I use,\u00a0is so much more valuable\u00a0because of its\u00a0apps and widgets. It&#8217;s so stable and flexible that it can function as your website. In fact, I&#8217;m in the process of moving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicityhound.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">my entire site<\/a>\u00a0to this blog.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li>\n<li>17 percent of Blogging Common staff members have posted photos of their pets online. I thought that was high, until I realized that even though I blog almost exclusively for business, I&#8217;ve posted my dog Bogie&#8217;s photo at this blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicityhound.com\/blog\/how-to-build-a-strong-brand-so-competitors-cant-define-you\" target=\"_blank\">here, in a post about branding your business<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicityhound.com\/blog\/explain-how-to-find-a-lost-dog-or-a-lost-fill-in-the-blank\" target=\"_blank\">here, when I lost her<\/a>\u00a0and decided to tie it into a publicity tip. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are there any topics you&#8217;d like to see Blogging Common\u00a0iscuss in its surveys?
