I just\u00a0hung up the phone after being part of tonight’s “virtual telesummit opening reception party” for the\u00a0smARTist Tele-summit 2007,<\/a>\u00a0hosted by Ariane Goodwin.<\/p>\n

And\u00a0after hearing from all those great artists who joined me, I’m impressed!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Before I started my business more than a decade ago,\u00a0I was an avid needlepointer<\/a>. That’s about as close as I got to the world of art.<\/p>\n

But I know publicity. That’s why host Ariane, shown here,\u00a0invited me to\u00a0join several of the other telesummit speakers on tonight’s preview call.<\/p>\n

She’ll\u00a0interview each of us about some aspect of how artists can market themselves during the teleseminars that will be held Jan. 18-19 and Jan. 22-26.<\/p>\n
