Google will email you as often as you wish with great content that ties into your topic.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Create Top 10 lists.<\/strong>\u00a0 Letterman made these famous.\u00a0 Readers love them!<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Create a video.<\/strong>\u00a0 Video is hot, hot, hot and it will pull traffic like crazy. Here&#8217;s one I created on\u00a0how to get your consumer product into holiday gift sections.\u00a0If you&#8217;re intimidated by video, let Mike Stewart help.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Comment on somebody else&#8217;s video which you can also post to your blog.<\/strong>\u00a0 You&#8217;ll find millions of videos at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.YouTube.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>.\u00a0I blogged about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicityhound.com\/blog\/why-is-the-mic-is-always-on-so-difficult-to-understand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this video <\/a>that\u00a0shows Peggy Noonan, a conservative columnist for the Wall Street Journal, and Mark Murphy, a strategist during John McCain\u2019s 2000 campaign for president, who were caught criticizing McCain\u2019s choice of Sarah Palin for vice president.\u00a0 It happened during a panel discussion on the set of MSNBC, where Murphy is a commenator.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>Report on interesting conversatons on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PublicityHound\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter.<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PublicityHound\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0<\/a> I frequently blog about discussions I have with my Twitter followers, how we help each other, and how Twitter is a fabulous tool for publicity, if you use it correctly.\u00a0 I use screenshots, too, to dress up the blog post. (Caution: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicityhound.com\/blog\/dont-let-twitter-facebook-steal-you-away-from-your-blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Don&#8217;t let Twitter and Facebook steal you away from your blog<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>7. <strong>Find content at\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/digg.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Digg.com.<\/strong><\/a> Use the search box at this social bookmarking\u00a0site\u00a0to find interesting content on a specific topic. You can guage the popularity of the topic by how many Diggs it has received.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>8. <strong>Share humorous content.<\/strong>\u00a0 Funny photos, jokes and videos&#8212;particularly those that ties into your topic&#8212;are a nice break from the serious stuff.<\/p>\n<p>9. <strong>Recycle content from other sources.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you&#8217;re a speaker, extract content from your handouts.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re an author, excerpt from your book.\u00a0 I frequently cut and paste helpful comments I post to other blogs, like the comment you&#8217;re reading, and turn it into a post at this blog.
