One of my favorite stories is how\u00a0PR pro Judy Lehman, aka <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/judysl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@judysl<\/a>\u00a0on Twitter,\u00a0found another Twitter follower who helped her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicityhound.com\/blog\/how-twitter-can-help-you-fix-your-toilet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fix her toilet, <\/a>thus saving her from calling a plumber.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve seen people cry out for help on Twitter and Facebook when they have computer problems, printers that are jammed, and\u00a0recipes that turn out bad.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday\u00a0morning, I noticed that the window on my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.HootSuite.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HootSuite<\/a> profile page had disappeared.\u00a0I love this site and post all my tweets here because it makes it so easy for people to retweet interesting articles I share,\u00a0by clicking the mouse only once.\u00a0But there was nowhere to type the message! I spent about 10 minutes at the site trying to find the window, then called my assistant to see if she could help. She doesn&#8217;t use HootSuite so she couldn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter!
