The absence of a media room will make a journalist suspect that you aren&#8217;t very media-savvy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">Your media room should be accessible from one of the navigational buttons on your homepage. Simply call it &#8220;Media Room.&#8221; When someone clicks on it, it takes them to a page that lists a variety of things they can find in the room. Those might include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">Print-quality photos scanned at 300 dots per inch. <br \/> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">Your one-page bio, or bios of your key executives. (See <a href=\"http:\/\/publicityhound.com\/publicity-products\/reports.html#SpecialReport46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> &#8220;Special Report #46: Tips for Rewriting Your Boring Bio.&#8221;<\/a>)\u00a0 <br \/> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">Facts about your company or nonprofit, or your products and services.<br \/> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">A list of experts within your organization who they can call on, with contact information.<br \/> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">A list showing all the media coverage you have received, with links to online articles.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: small\">You can include many other things in a media room, but these are the basics.
